Every person on your team has a specific way they're designed to make decisions, manage their energy, and do their best work. When that design is honored… when people are working with their nature instead of against it…everything changes.

Your team is already full of the right people. This is how you help them work like it.

Decisions get made faster.
Collaboration gets easier.
The right people stop leaving.

And the way your business communicates with the world gets sharper, because the people behind it are finally operating from their actual strengths.

What makes the Design Aligned Team Intensive different from anything else you'll find is this:

I'm not just a Human Design reader. I'm a marketing strategist with a background in communication disorders and over two decades of experience diagnosing why businesses and their audiences aren't connecting. When I read your team's charts, I'm not just telling you who your people are, I'm telling you how your team's collective design is showing up in the way your business communicates with the world. And then we fix it.

A diagnostic tool for understanding how people are actually wired.

Human Design is a system that synthesizes elements of astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and quantum physics into a framework for understanding how a person is designed to make decisions, manage energy, and move through the world. Think of it less like a personality test and more like an operating manual: one that explains not just who someone is, but how they work best.

Every person has an energy type (how they're designed to engage with work and the world), an authority (how they're designed to make their best decisions), and a strategy (how they're designed to move through opportunities and relationships).

When you understand these three things about each person on your team, you stop guessing about why certain dynamics keep showing up, and you start designing around how people actually work.

Nobody else is doing that, Because nobody else has this specific combination of expertise.

In a business context, it answers questions like:

I've been studying and applying Human Design principles in my own business for years, and I'm currently completing my formal certification. What I bring to this work isn't just knowledge of the system – it's the same diagnostic lens I use in every client engagement: the ability to take complex information, find the pattern underneath it, and translate it into something immediately actionable. That's not a Human Design skill. That's a communication skill I've been developing my entire career.

When you understand how each person on your team is designed, you stop asking people to work against their nature, and you start building a team that actually functions the way you always hoped it would.

Why does this team member do their best thinking alone?

Why does this leader need more time before making big decisions?

?

Why does this person light up in collaborative environments but burn out working in isolation?

?

?

Here's what a Design Aligned Team Intensive looks like.

To get started, I'll need each team member's birth date, birth time, and birth location, that's all. From that information, I create a custom Human Design chart for each person and record an individual Loom video walking them through their design: their energy type, their authority, their strategy, and what it means for how they work best. Each recording runs approximately 20-30 minutes and is delivered privately, so every team member has their own moment of recognition before the session begins. In my experience, that private "well, that explains everything" moment is what makes the group session so much richer. People arrive ready to go deeper, not just learning the basics.

Before we ever get in a room together, I do the deep work.

In a full-day facilitated session, in person or virtually, we look at the team as a whole. We talk about what each person's design means in the context of how you work together: how decisions get made, where energy gets lost, why certain dynamics keep showing up, and how to structure your days, meetings, and collaboration in a way that works with everyone's design rather than against it.

Then, we come together to meet.

02

Because my background isn't just in Human Design: it's in marketing strategy and communication disorders. I've spent over two decades diagnosing the gap between what businesses say and what their audiences actually hear. So at the end of every Design Aligned Team Intensive, I look at what your team's collective design means for how your business communicates with the world. How your brand voice should sound. How your offers should be positioned. How your customer experience should feel. The people behind your business shape everything about how it shows up, and when those people are aligned, it shows in ways that go straight to your bottom line.

And then we do something no other Human Design reader can do.
